There is nothing worse than having to stay in on a rainy day with nothing to do, especially if you have a lot of work you wanted to avoid doing! So here are some great TV shows to binge watch during that time instead!

Dr. Who:

Doctors 9 to 12 are all available on Netflix, it is a great way to get lost in another world for a couple of hours. The great thing is that you don’t have to have seen the original series to understand what is going on!

Friends:

This show has been hailed as an absolute classic, and although it has gotten some bad press recently due to some of the jokes being outdated and in poor taste. However, the characters are still great and a lot of the topics resonate with people of the same age group today. Definitely one of the most popular TV shows to binge watch.

Will & Grace:

Another absolute 90’s classic, Will & Grace is a great comedy to get lost in and they’ve just brought the show back with a new season meaning there are nine to waste your day on.

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend:

A CW show that is available on UK Netflix, this programme is a musical comedy following Rebecca on her hunt to win back her ex. The premise is really a front for a much deeper show exploring lots of relevant topics in today’s world. The seasons get darker as they go along but maintain the comedic overtones making for a really great show.

The Nanny:

The pinnacle of quirky 90’s comedies, the nanny is an easy to watch series following Fran Fine, a Jewish sales girl from flushing, as she tries to fit in as a high-end family’s nanny. Most of the episodes are available on YouTube too so it’s ridiculously easy to watch!

Buffy the Vampire Slayer:

The ass-kicking vampire slayer had an 8-season run for a reason. Sarah Michelle Gellar plays the amazing Buffy as she juggles school, boys, and vampire slaying. Typical everyday teenage girl things. The series is easy to get stuck into and makes for a great way to waste a rainy day.
