It is argued some nutrients could even be more powerful when delivered in a raw form. Juicing vegetables fills the body with vitamins, minerals and enzymes that can boost mental health. It is crucial to remember eating a balanced diet is also just as important for your overall health.

It is important to remember a juice diet should not be used for a prolonged amount of time and if you are unsure if you should do a juice diet, then talk to your medical professional as some people should not do a juice diet, for instance if you are pregnant. Alongside this, a juice diet has been said to make some people feel dizzy and have headaches. So, it is important to take all of this into consideration as with any diet, there are risks.
