Everyone loves pizza. Or, at least I have not met a single person who doesn’t. Everyone also knows what exactly what they prefer on their pizza and few try other styles of the classic dish. With this list of easy pizza recipes, you will be able to try some new and different pizza varieties in the comfort of your own home. Besides, what’s better than rounding up your friends and family for a night of fun and making homemade pizzas? Almost nothing.

1. Breakfast Pizza:

You either love it or you hate it, but I thought for the first point of the article it’s only natural that we start with the first meal of the day. I am firmly on the “love it” side and wish there were more breakfast pizza options out in the world. 2. Flatbread Pizza:

If you’re looking for a lower-carb option or one that pairs great with extra cheese and vegetables, then flatbread pizza is for you. It’s always great pizza to get when you go out to eat and to make at home because it always seems to taste fresh and look like restaurant quality. I also think the fact that I’ve built up this kind of pizza in my mind as a slightly healthier pizza option also is what gives me those “This should go on Instagram” vibes. 3. Veggie Crust Pizza:

For an even lower low carb option try a pizza with a veggie crust. Veggie crusts have blown up over the last year with people either being more than happy to have a healthier option of a favorite food or being annoyed that health-nuts are ruining pizza. I am of the former group honestly because I think vegetable crusts actually taste delicious. I either do broccoli or a mix of broccoli and cauliflower and add parmesan cheese to it. When it’s baked I could just eat the crust it’s so good. But you should probably at least add some sauce and cheese to give the nay-sayers the idea that it at least looks like a “real” pizza.

4. Eggplant Parmesan Pizza:

For a fusion of two Italian favorites, you don’t need to look further than the masterpiece that is eggplant parmesan pizza. You might think that it’s hard to make because it’s you have to make two dishes rather than one. But an easy solution is to use pre breaded eggplant and then load on the extra sauce and cheese like you would with any over the top pizza. If you’re not an eggplant fan, then breaded chicken or veal can easily be subbed for the eggplant. However, I think you’re missing out if you skimp on the eggplant. 5. White-Mushroom Pizza:

I love mushrooms so much. I know for many they are viewed as an acquired taste but I could eat them all the time, at every meal. I also love white sauce or alfredo sauce on pizza. I feel like it can be a more light flavor than heavy marinara sauce, which I appreciate. I also love extra cheese, butter, and alfredo sauce so what wouldn’t I love about a white pizza or alfredo pizza with mushrooms?

I just stated how much I love alfredo sauce and that comes from my deep love of fettuccine alfredo. I’ll get Fettuccine alfredo every time I am out to eat if there is the possibility to get fettuccine alfredo. I always doctor it up with shrimp, chicken, or mushrooms (yes I do really love them) and the same goes for any fettuccine alfredo pizza recipes. If you’re feeling like you need a little more vegetables, what with all the carbs you’ve been eating from this list, spinach, broccoli or peas are also great additions. Tacos on pizza would, of course, be delicious. That is all that really needs to be said about this pizza recipe, however, I will go on to say that it is a relatively easy and inexpensive food mash-up that is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. All you need is ground meat and cheese plus whatever taco add ons strike your fancy. My favorites happen to be sour cream, olives, guacamole, and shredded lettuce. But add whatever you like on your epic fusion meal. It’s all about what makes your mouth water when the pizza comes out of the oven.
