4. Scrambled Eggs

You’ll need:

  • 1-2 eggs
  • Milk (optional)
  • Salt and pepper (optional)

Coat mug with butter or spray to prevent the egg from sticking. Crack egg(s) into the mug and beat, adding milk if wanted. Season as needed, and microwave 30-45 seconds, or until all liquid is gone. • 1/2 cup diced mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup sauce from previous step

Microwave veggies for 2 minutes, then drain. Combine chicken, veggies, and sauce.

To put it all together:

Roll the dough so it’s 1/4 inch thick. It’ll be crumbly, it’s fine. Use your mug to cut out a hole in the dough, and place it at the bottom. Use the rest of the dough to cover the sides. Pour in filling, and cover with a top layer of dough. Pinch edges together with a fork, and slit the top. Microwave 4-6 minutes until top crust is dry. Complicated? A little, but it’s worth it for chicken pot pie.
