As far as waterproof makeup goes, this sounds pretty fancy, but don’t be fooled by the name – it’s still incredibly easy to use. It’s both pigmented and buildable, so you don’t have to worry about having brows that are too dark, and it dries really quickly so you can’t accidentally smudge it!
