Ever thought about juice cleansing? It can be pricey, right? Why not try Japanese Water Therapy instead? Reason being it is affordable and does wonders! Exactly a month ago, I made a choice to water cleanse my body. What The Hell Is It?

Japanese traditional medicine believes that drinking water first thing in the morning (on an empty stomach) brings out natural health benefits by cleansing your organism out of toxins. You are what you…drink! I’m sure you’ve heard this before! Most of our health problems start in our guts, what you eat and when you do it play such an important role. But trust me, we’ve got you covered – start off your health journey with loads of water and you’ll see what I mean. Oh, and have I mentioned that you may shred some fat too?

Well, the first week was sort of tough! My body was definitely not used to having four glasses of water early in the morning, which left me feeling a bit heavy for the first hour of my day. However, once it settled and got through my system, I surely felt the difference – more energized and empowered. Now I can’t stress enough the importance of water and staying hydrated!
