Everybody is different and has different tastes. That is what makes us all interesting and unique. Our friend groups, though often bound by some common interests, are made up of different people who are into different things. They all bring something great to the group and are all valuable. You will meet many types of people in life, but hopefully they’ll be these types.
1. The Spiritual Friend
This friend is typically the friend you typically go to if you are in need of spiritual help or guidance. They are always willing and available to pray for you and point you back to your spiritual path, no matter what religion or faith you practice.
2. The Perfectionist
Everyone has that one friend who does a million and one things and is good at everything they do. It can be intimidating to be friends with someone who makes you feel like you are not doing anything with your life, but they will push you to be better.
3. The Popular One
There is always that one person that seems to know everybody. It seems like they always know at least five people, no matter where they go. These kinds of people can connect you with people who can help you with various things because they know twenty people who are able to help.
4. The Politics Buff
The current political climate can seem overwhelming and chaotic. With hirings and firings making headlines on a seemingly daily basis, it can be confusing to keep track of that and the scandals going on all at the same time.
5. The Environmentalist
There is always the one friend who is either a vegetarian or vegan and recycles everything. These people are the ones you go to for advice for recipes and tips for making a difference in the world. They are also the one who will show you how to take care of the earth.
6. The Free Spirit
Every friend group has at least one person who is carefree, not stressing about anything in the world. This friend may seem childish, especially if you are stressing out, but they help you see the lighter side of life and can change your perspective to help you stay positive.
7. The Health Nut
This person is constantly working out and posting pictures of their healthy food creations. They can help you become a better and healthier you by sharing their recipes and encouraging you to work out more. They will share their tips with you.
8. The Professional
We all know that one person who likely going to be a CEO of a Fortune 500 company by the time they are 25 or be at the top of their field by age 30. They always won some kind of award in school and got perfect grades, even working part-time, interning, and doing a zillion clubs. They are intimidating yet inspiring to be around.
9. The News Junkie
This friend probably majored in journalism or communications and loves being the first person in the friend group to know that something major happened. They are the friend you go to when you want the details of the day’s biggest news events.
10. The Music Lover
These people are those who have an in with the coolest local bands and indie groups. They probably introduced you to your favorite band and will gladly go with you to any concert that you have been eyeing up.
