The Typical Day Of A USC Trojan

USC’s pride and joy, the Trojan community. We know how to study, work, and party, but do you know what we each go through every day just to appear as composed as we look? It’s a lot, and it’s hard, but we do it. Every. Single. Day. Check out what the typical day of  a USC Trojan looks like, and experience our pain (jk, but not really)! Read on!

1. Fight that urge to hit Snooze just one more time

DON’T DO IT. Sure, you’ll have caught up on those extra three minutes of sleep, but now your morning routine is off schedule and this could completely throw your entire day off balance!

2. COFFEE. COFFEE. COFFEE.

Whether it’s a steaming hot espresso with foam (Yum!) or an iced coffee, you know that every great day starts with caffeine. And those extra three minutes of sleep? Well you may as well kiss your gotta-make-me-some-coffee time good-bye! *Muah! 💋*

3. Stand in front of your closet, sip your coffee, and choose a super cute outfit-of-the-day

Who are we kidding? Just throw on ripped skinny jeans, a black USC hoodie, moccasins, and you’re out the door in no time! Now where did I leave my bike …?

4. Class and work from 8AM-6PM. ‘Nuff said.

Do I wanna be here? No. Do I have to be here? Not really. Does the rest of my life depend on it? Hell yes (or not. It’s a matter of opinion).

5. …With a quick 15-minute lunch break in between it all

Run over to the dining hall, pack a lunch, or pick something up from the Campus Center when you get the chance and eat on your way to your next class.

6. Meet with your best-ever study buddy homies

Because goodness knows you need it after that PHIL-141 lecture on moral obligations.

7. Bike home slowly. Slower. Even slower than that.

Because who has the energy to hurry home after a 10-hour day?

8. Mm-mm-mm. Dinnertime!

Cook something, get delivery, beg your roommates to make you something, beg your parents to make food and fly it over to you in their helicopter in time to dinner (we can dream, can’t we?)! Your kitchen is your oyster, and you can do anything that you want with it.
