1. Stuffing Them

Stuffing chicken breasts is a great way to upgrade your chicken dinners without extending the amount of time it takes to cook them. There are a variety of ingredients you can choose from when deciding what you want to stuff your chicken breasts with. Such ingredients include, but are not limited to, cheese, spinach, mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes, peppers, and bacon. If you want to make things interesting, try stuffing your chicken with macaroni and cheese. I know it sounds weird and odd, but that is one of my little brother’s favorite things to eat. Some pairings I advise you to use for stuffing your chicken breasts with include tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and spinach, or cheddar cheese, broccoli, and red bell peppers. Once your chicken breasts are completely thawed out decide on an ingredient or pairing, cut open the chicken breasts, enough to make an open pocket, and start filling them up!

2. Breading Them

The cool thing about breading chicken breasts is that it is super easy, and you can be creative about it! The most common ingredient people bread their chicken breasts with is breadcrumbs. However, as I stated before, you can be creative and bread your chicken breasts in more than just breadcrumbs. That includes, but is not limited to, crushed chips (I highly recommend using Nacho Cheese Doritos), crackers (Ritz is always good to use), cheese, honey mustard, cajun seasoning, and chopped jalapenos. If you decide to bread your chicken breasts with crushed chips or crackers, let me give you some advice. Before you start breading your chicken make sure to dip your chicken in milk or melted butter. This ensures that the crushed chips or crackers stick onto the chicken while it cooks. Worst case scenario, if you still cannot decide on what to bread your chicken breasts in then just wrap them in bacon. Everything is better with bacon!

3. Pan Frying Them

Another way to cook chicken breasts that never fails to impress is to pan-fry them. When pan-frying chicken breasts, it is important that you incorporate other ingredients in the pan with your chicken. These additional ingredients include but are not limited to, mushroom cream sauce, tomato sauce, garlic, bell peppers, parsley, lemon, tomatoes, bacon, mushrooms, onions, asparagus, spinach, green beans, carrots, squash, potatoes, and broccoli. I like to pan-fry my chicken with tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, and spinach. When I pan-fry my chicken, I generally cover the pan with a lid. This ensures the fact that the different flavors and spices will soak into the chicken. Keeping it tender and full of flavor.

4. Baking Them

Before you bake your chicken breasts, be sure to know what kind of chicken you want to serve. Tender, juicy, dry, or creamy. Baking chicken breasts can be tricky. If you are not careful or keep a watchful eye on your chicken, it can come out extremely dry and overcooked. A vital factor to be aware of, when baking your chicken breasts, is that it is not the seasoning you use or ingredients you choose to incorporate with the chicken that will ultimately make your chicken irresistible. It is that you remember to cover your chicken while it is in the oven, usually with aluminum foil. This task is critical to the flavor of your chicken because when you cover the chicken you are essentially trapping the steam inside. Doing this ensures that the chicken is being cooked and that the flavors will remain trapped inside the chicken.

Grilling chicken breasts is always a favorite. You cannot go wrong with a grill. One of the benefits of grilling your chicken breasts is, like baking them, the flavor. When cutting into and taking a bite of a fresh-off-the-grill chicken breast, expect a burst of flavor will explode in your mouth. The majority of people who tend to grill their chicken breasts will generally make the flavor of it spicy, salty, or sweet. Some seasonings to use when trying to make your chicken breast spicy include but are not limited to buffalo sauce, siracha, cayenne powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, Spanish paprika, and LOTS of black pepper. Some seasonings to use when trying to make your chicken breast salty include but are not limited to kosher salt, sea salt, paleo-Japanese sea salt, and coarse salt. People who usually grill their chicken breasts to be salty will pair the salt with another seasoning, such as garlic powder, paprika, or lemon pepper. Lastly, some seasonings to use when trying to make your chicken breast sweet include but are not limited to honey, brown sugar glaze, lemon juice, and teriyaki sauce.
