The Glitter Art That You Need To Try Out

mm
There is so much glitter art out there, however, around festival season is the time to really bust out the glitter. These are our favorite face glitter looks that will really make you sparkle.

Nothing is more fun to play around with (granted, also messy) than glitter, and now we’re coming into the festival season we have the opportunity to be able to showcase our glitter skills to the world. The glitter game is at a whole new level, where you can actually get a job as a professional glitter artist and travel around festivals applying glitter, so the pressure is on to look your best. Here are some examples of amazing glitter art that you’ll be inspired by to try out yourself.

Face paint and glitter

Involve face paint into your glitter design to add some texture to your glitter art. I love this looks that mixes stripes of glitter and face paint which curves around the eye.

Glitter boobs

This has become a new trend within glitter art, with some people baring all and covering their whole breasts in glitter! If you’re not brave enough to do that, wear a low cut top like in this photo, and cover your décolletage with glitter to give it some sparkle.

Simple glitter

If you don’t want to go too glitter heavy, why not copy this makeup look and put some glitter around the eyes to make the eyeshadow pop.

Glitter Lips

Bring all the attention to your lips by covering your them with glitter, this will instantly plump them and make them look bigger!

Fine glitter

Use very fine glitter to sweep across the eyelid and onto the cheekbone for a really beautiful but delicate look.

Holographic glitter

Wear dark makeup with holographic, chunky glitter for a bold, contrasting look. Use glitter that has chunks of stars in it to give your look a space-age vibe, and to bring this look out of this galaxy!

Glitter eyeliner

Instead of wearing a glitter eyeliner on the top eyelash, wearing it on the bottom eyelashes to give to add some drama to a cat eye wing.

Glitter monobrow

Anything can look pretty if it’s sparkling, even a monobrow! Cover glitter all over your eyebrows so you don’t have to worry about the state of your them underneath.

Glitter hairline

Have you got some greasy roots? Hide it with glitter! This is perfect for when you’ve been at a festival for a couple of days and your hair is in need of a wash.
