
You’re getting married! Now that you have had your glass of champagne and quite staring at your ring, it is time to start sweating for the dress. Whatever style your dress is, you want to look your absolute best in it. So, before you go spending money on a trainer, money that could be spent on your big day, check out this wedding workout that is bound to tone you up and give you your best bridal body.
The bad news is it’s a circuit. The good news is, there are no burpees.
You will have two groups of exercises and each group will be completed 3X.
1 minute: jump squats
1 minute: left kickbacks
1 minute: right kickbacks
1 minute: hip thrusts
1 minute: jump lunges
1 minute: sprint and a walk back to your mat
Repeat 2X
Now that your legs are burning, getting leaned out for your wedding day, it is time for arms and abs. The format is the exact same, only the exercises change.
1 minute: shoulder taps (from a plank position, alternate tapping your shoulder with your opposite hand)
1 minute: in/outs (from a crunch position, straighten and contract your legs and chest without touching them to the ground)
1 minute: push-ups however you can do them
1 minute: left side plank
1 minute: right side plank
1 minute: sprint and a walk back to your mat.
Repeat 2X, then you are done!
This workout is specifically made to hit every area of your body for a full body workout that both burns fat and builds muscle at the same time. So, wither you have a strappy backless number or a form fitting mermaid gown, you will be ready to wow your soon to be husband. Even just doing this workout twice a week will get you a leaner stronger body in time for your big day!
