Despite being in the title of one of the most famous love stories of all time, Sleepless in Seattle, Seattle doesn’t have a reputation of being a romantic city. Well, I’m here to fix that! Here are fifteen romantic Seattle date night ideas for you to treat your significant other to right now.
1. Argosy Cruises
What’s more romantic than a yacht? Since renting out an entire boat would be expensive, and you’re not ready to take your bae on a week-long cruise, check out Argosy Cruises. Enjoy a beautiful one hour boat ride on this gorgeous yachts. You can sip a glass of wine as you watch the sun lower behind the city skyline.
2. Optimism Bar
The most important ingredient to any date is optimism, remind your date of this by taking them to the optimism brewpub in Capitol Hill. The beer is great, games are fun and the ambiance is cheerful and bright. It is impossible not to have fun at this bar.

Swimming is a great date idea for anyone who lives anywhere. You get to splash around in the water, wear a cute bathing suit and cuddle up together to dry off. The Seattle boardwalk has a lot to offer couples looking for a fun date night. However, if you go inside Minors Landing and walk all the way to the back you may find a hidden treasure. This old carnival section has a huge gumball machine, enchanting carousel and a little bit creepy carnival game set up (I don’t like the way that bear looks at me.) Take a break from the hustle and bustle of Seattle and enjoy this mini carnival.
5. 5th Avenue Theatre
The 5th Avenue Theatre is a great way to get out of the house and experience some culture in Seattle. The shows are always amazing, the theatre itself is a work of art and this is a great reason to wear your new heels because everyone dresses up when they go to the 5th Avenue Theatre.
6. The Raygun Lounge
The Raygun Lounge is a very casual Seattle Date night, but it is also a lot of fun. Vintage pinball games, board games for you to rent and beer on tap can all be found inside this little hole in the wall on Pine Street. The only game you can’t play here is strip poker.

Calm down, I’m talking about Dick’s drive-in. Seattle’s very own bit of history Dick’s is the original McDonalds before it was bought out and turned into the Yellow M we all know now! It’s worth a try because this is a dish you can only get in Seattle.
10. Seattle Space Needle

This way you can work out any pent up aggression you may have on your dinner instead of your date.

If your significant other loves fantasy, trolls, Heath Ledger or just cool shit, then the Seattle Troll Bridge is the perfect Seattle date night for them.
