Some people just need a fun water bottle, others need help with flavor. Even if you like drinking a ton of water, it can be fun to add some variety in your water routine. The first and most popular way to make drinking water more fun is infusions! Just doing a quick search on the internet can give you thousands of ideas for infusion water recipes. The thing to remember is, you can keep it simple to start especially if you don’t have an infusion bottle. Try some strawberries and blueberries if you like it sweet or some herbs like rosemary or mint. If you don’t mind drinking water you just ~forget~ you should look into hydration reminders. Grab one of these and put on your trusty water bottle and it will blink to remind you to drink.
