If you’ve been hooked on this new trend, you might be looking for new podcasts to start. Podcasts have become incredibly popular in a short period of time. Sometimes it is hard to find the right one for us, or we get recommendations that don’t fit what we are looking for. Podcasts range from comedy to relationship advice to crime stories to everything in between. A nice variety of podcasts to choose from is perfect for someone trying to find their new favorite podcast.
1. I Don’t Get It
The I Don’t Get It podcast was started by three best friends, Ashley, Lauren, and Naz. Ashley and Lauren Iaconetti are sisters who have both appeared on either The Bachelor, The Bachelor In Paradise, or both, and Naz is one of their best friends who was a producer on The Bachelor franchise. They started this podcast because Naz and Ashley were both in their upper 20s and had never had a boyfriend. Lauren has had multiple relationships but they have all been unhealthy. The three girls want to discuss all the things in life that they just don’t get while also being relatable for any young girl who is feeling down about their relationship status. From guest appearances to relationship advice to occupational series, this trio gives young listeners a good laugh while also receiving relatable advice.
2. The Bald And The Beautiful
The Bald And The Beautiful is a new podcast with only a few episodes, so if you want to be able to catch up fast, this is perfect. Trixie Mattel and Katya Zamo are two drag queens who both appeared on season seven of RuPaul’s Drag Race, who have since become best friends with a successful career together. They just started their podcast to discuss all things beauty, inner and outer, while also hoping to have guests come on and talk about a wide range of topics. This duo will be sure to have you laughing the whole time you’re listening!
Zane Hijazi and Heath Hussar are two best friends that have gained some serious popularity by being apart of The Vlog Squad. The two best friends, along with friend Matt King and Heath’s girlfriend Mariah Amato, created Unfiltered, in an attempt to continue their content with a more natural platform. With the limitations that are being put on Youtube’s content, the duo wanted a platform where they don’t have to filter themselves in any way, and it has become a huge success. Unfiltered is perfect for some fun storytimes that will keep you laughing the whole time.
4. Anything Goes
Emma Chamberlain has had one of the fastest and largest followings on Youtube, so it was time for her to start her own podcast. With the original name being Stupid Genius, she quickly changed it to Anything Goes, where she discusses topics of all genres. Emma has become one of the most relatable teenagers on the Internet, so having a podcast to listen to random topics throughout the day is perfect for her.
David Dobrik is probably one of the most popularly known Youtubers, with an incredible amount of success. Him and one of his best friends, Jason Nash, decided to create a podcast together, because four minutes and twenty seconds just wasn’t enough time to share all their crazy adventures together. With the crazy amount of money they have earned from Youtube, they both buy extravagant gifts for themselves and their friends, while also giving away thousands of dollars to fans and people in need. Their lives are never boring, and this is a perfect podcast to start if you want to keep up with all their stories!
6. Crime Junkie
If you are looking for a great crime podcast to start, Crime Junkie is the perfect start. There is a long list of crime podcasts to scroll through, but a great one to start with, and quickly get addicted to, is Crime Junkie. Carli and Amanda Bybel are two sisters who rose to fame from Carli’s successful Youtube channel as a beauty guru. Since Carli’s Youtube channel is surrounding beauty on the outside, they decided that having a podcast together would be a great change in pace where they can relax and be off camera. They share stories of their childhood, scandalous adventures of their teenage and lower twenties, and what is going on in their life now.
8. Stuff You Should Know
Stuff You Should Know is just that: stuff you should know. Chuck Bryant and Josh Clark host this podcast to educate listeners on topics of all sorts, with some conversations being much needed.
