The Bachelor and The Bachelorette are TV shows that make couples that are supposed to last forever. Unfortunately, that does not happen as much as it should. Some couples who met on the show even divorce after getting married. Other couples are a bit luckier and actually go on to lead happy lives together. Here are a few of our favorite couples from the bachelor and bachelorette and what they are up to now.
1. Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Becca Kufrin
This couple from The Bachelor Season 22 were engaged, but then called it on and off again- twice- over the course of two nights. No need to panic, though. Becca is the new Bachelorette, so there is hope for her yet.
2. Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo
Despite some heartbreak and uncertainty at the end of the Bachelorette season 13, they were able to work things out. They are engaged and are planning to get married in 2019. We hope nothing but the best for them.
3. Lace Morris and Grant Kemp
After the 2016 Bachelor in Paradise finale, this couple was living in San Francisco. Despite their plans to get married, the couple, unfortunately, split up in November 2016 after getting matching tattoos.
4. JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers
This couple from The Bachelorette season 11 proves that love at first sight truly does exist. Rodgers stole Fletcher’s heart right at the first impression and they have been together ever since. They now live together in Dallas, which is Fletcher’s hometown.
5. Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth
Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth knew right from the beginning of The Bachelorette season 11 that they were meant to be together. Booth proposed in the season finale and Bristowe accepted and they are now living together in Nashville. They are still engaged and are looking forward to starting a family someday. For sure one of the best couples from the bachelor and bachelorette!
6. Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried
This couple’s Bachelorette journey on season 9 was no easy journey, but the best things come to those who are patient and persistent in what they want. The couple became engaged at the season finale and are married. They now have a baby boy in their lives.
7. Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum
This Bachelorette season 7 couple is another “happily ever after” success story for the franchise. The couple became engaged at the end of their season. They are now married and have a son and a daughter together.
8. Andy Baldwin and Tessa Horst
Andy Baldwin and Tessa Horst got engaged on the finale of the tenth season of The Bachelor. Shortly after, they called off their engagement, but they continued to date. Unfortunately, less than a year later, they split up for good.
9. Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter
Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter started out The Bachelorette season off on a good foot with one of the franchise’s biggest success stories right from season one. The couple got married and their ceremony was televised. They now have a son named Maxwell and a daughter name Blakesly together.
10. Bob Guiney and Estella Gardinier
Unlike most other seasons of The Bachelor, season four did not end in a proposal for Bob Guiney and Estella Gardinier. However, Estella did accept a promise ring from Bob. Despite splitting up five months later, Bob and Estella continue to be friends to this day, so it is not all bad.
