Does your boyfriend have a favorite TV show? If so, get him the latest season on DVD or Blu-Ray. He’ll love it. You can even use it as an excuse to close and cuddle while watching the show late one evening. Just be careful that it’s not a show that will take all of your boyfriend’s attention.
This is more of a joke gift, but it’s still viable. If you have trouble getting the message across to your boyfriend that he smells a little funky from time to time, nothing says ‘you stink’ better than a deodorant with a big bow around it. This is one of the best basic boyfriend gifts!

Some guys treat their cars like religious artifacts. A steering wheel cover, a gift certificate to get the tires rotated, even some windshield wiper fluid; anything to help out with the car will go a long way with your boyfriend.
Like the DVD set, this is a boyfriend gift that could just as easily swallow up your boyfriend’s time and attention. But, if you’re just as much a gamer as he is, you might want to get a game that has co-op or multiplayer, that way you can spend even more time together. Remember, you risk losing your boyfriend if it’s a single player game. Do your research before-hand.
One of the more classy basic boyfriend gifts that you can never go wrong with is grooming products. My father and grandfather would say to me all the time that you should always carry a comb for your hair and a handkerchief.
