20 Thoughts Sorority Sisters Have During Recruitment

Recruitment is a fun time; it’s an opportunity to see all of the potential new sisters and start a new chapter, but what goes on in the minds of current sisters during recruitment? I’ll tell you…

1. YAY IT’S RECRUITMENT TIME!

2. I wonder how many new girls will be interested…

3. OH GOD, WHAT IF NOBODY IS INTERESTED?!

4. Psh, we’re the sh*t, people will be interested I’m sure.

5. Hopefully we don’t give off the stereotypical sorority girl vibe.

6. EVERYONE BE YOURSELF, BUT LESS. WE DON’T WANT TO SCARE THEM AWAY.

7. I hope we find some girls who fit in.

8. If the recruits could not burn breakfast when they make it for us that would be great!

9. These late-night meetings are really taking a toll on my sleeping schedule.

10. The early breakfasts are also really taking a toll on my sleep schedule.

11. I MISS MY BED.

12. How the h*ll did I do this when I was being recruited?

13. Can I sleep yet?

14. Great we’re going over the Greek alphabet again *eye roll.*

15. I could say the Greek alphabet in my sleep.

16. How do they not know the pledge oath…?

17. I’m starting to hate recruitment.

As much as we love to hate recruitment, and not sleeping, there’s something special about it. All the chaos is worth something; we’re getting to invite brand new girls to join our legacy. It’s pretty spectacular.
