
Nickelodeon was filled with classics back in the day. From “Ned’s Declassified” to “Victorious,” there were many shows that were both funny and relatable. The stars of these shows have gone on to do some incredible things in their careers and have done their fair share of activism. Here are your favorite Nickelodeon stars where are they now?
Drake Bell is known for playing Drake on comedy, Drake and Josh and was also on the Amanda Show. In 2014, he released his third album, Ready, Set, GO!, which sold 2,000 in its first week. He also released an EP, Honest, in June of 2017. Drake also toured with his music and is involved with philanthropic efforts to help with awareness of cystic fibrosis.
Emma Roberts starred as Addie Singer in Unfabulous, which premiered on Nick in September of 2004 and aired for three seasons. Since then, she has appeared in shows such as American Horror Story and Scream Queens and was featured in a video by the Human Rights Campaign following the Pulse Nightclub shooting.
Devon Werkheiser is known for his role as Ned Bigby on Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide and starred in Nick’s movie Shredderman Rules. He has since released music, including an LP, two EP’s, and multiple singles. He has continued to act in various shows, such as making an appearance in an episode of 2 Broke Girls, and in movies such as Break Night.
While Nathan Kress is known for his role as Freddie on iCarly, he also appeared on an episode of Drake and Josh as well as an episode of Disney’s Suite Life of Zach and Cody. He has since lent his voice to television’s Transformers: Cyberverse as Sunstreaker/Sideswipe and has acted in movies such as Alexander IRL.
Avan Jogia is known for playing Beck Oliver on Victorious. He has kept his hand in acting, most notably playing Danny Desai in Twisted. Jogia was also on Tut, a miniseries that was on Spike. He also starred in the film Outcast alongside Victoria Justice, who was also starred on Nick’s Victorious. Jogia is slated to be in a modern film adaptation of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream later this year.
