The Face Masks For Oily Skin Every Shiny Face Needs

If you struggle with oily skin and constant breakouts, then natural face masks for oily skin are great options. Take a look at the list of the top face masks that we have rounded up!

I love face masks and I’ve tried and tested a LOT of them. As someone with oily skin, it’s taken a lot of trial and error to find ones that actually work for me (ones that I can actually see results with). From experience, I’ve found that regularity is key – with most face masks, you won’t see results until after a few weeks of use. For oily skin, the best face masks are ones that contain clay, mud, or charcoal. Any dirt, essentially, will draw out excess sebum and dirt from your pores (these are great for targeting blackheads, too). There is a lot to choose from – so, to help out those who’re just starting out with this whole skincare thing, here’re some of my favourite face masks for oily skin.

Skin Food Black Sugar Scrub Facemask

Skin Food is a Korean brand with insane natural skincare: the black sugar face mask is my favourite, as it leaves skin smooth, matte, and glowing (make sure to moisturise after use, though). This is one of the many perfect face masks for oily skin that help soften the face.Check out these great face masks for oily skin!

Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask

I use this a few times a week, and it definitely helps keep oily skin at bay, and is one of the best clay masks I’ve ever used. It helps keep pores clear and tight, drawing out impurities when it’s on, as well as helping limit sebum production (excess sebum is what causes oily skin). Innisfree is a Korean brand, it can be a bit tricky to find – Amazon, however, does stock it.

Lush Cosmetic Warrior Fresh Face Mask

This one is for acne/breakout-prone oily skin. The garlic, honey, and tea-tree oil help purify and calm aggravated skin due to their antibacterial properties. The smell is quite something, though, but this stuff works.Check out these great face masks for oily skin!

Lush Cupcake Fresh Face Mask

At the other end of the fresh face mask scale, this one smells like chocolate cupcakes, and is best for oily skin and clogged pores as the mud helps draw out impurities. Whichever colour you want to try, these Lush options are some of the best face masks for oily skin.

This is one of the first clay masks I ever used and it’s insane. It helps mattify oily skin, as well as visibly reduce the appearance of blackheads (charcoal works to draw out impurities).
