If you’re in high school, it’s time to start looking at colleges to apply to especially colleges with high acceptance rates. If you’re in college now but thinking of transferring, then it’s time to start looking at colleges to apply to. Wading through university websites, trying to figure out which one has the highest acceptance rates isn’t fun. So, I’ve done the work for you with this list of colleges with high acceptance rates.

The University of Maine at Augusta

The University of Maine At Augusta is the largest university in the state of Maine. They offer 20 various baccalaureate programs, 11 associate programs, 42 minor programs, 44 certificate programs and 7 post-baccalaureate programs. The University of Maine at Augusta’ application fee is $40 but it may be waived for applicants with great financial need. The annual tuition is $9,188 and the acceptance rate is 96%!


Cameron University

Cameron University in Lawton, OK is the largest university in southwest Oklahoma. They offer nearly 50 programs ranging from associates, bachelor’s and masters degrees. The application fee is only $20! Cameron University’s annual tuition rate is $16,162 and the acceptance rate is 100%!

Utah Valley University

Utah Valley University in Orem, UT offers more than 85 associates degree programs and more than 65 bachelor’s degree programs.  The application fee is $35. Utah Valley University’s annual tuition rate is $6,702, the cheapest on this list so far and the acceptance rate is 100%.


City University of New York: College of Staten Island

I’ve always wanted to go to Staten Island just to say that I did. I think it’s all the Mob Wives I’ve been watching. But this is a list about colleges with high acceptance rates so City University of New York: College of Staten Island is a great choice for your academic endeavors. CUNY offers 42 bachelor’s programs, 7 associates programs, 24 masters programs, and 2 doctoral programs. There’s so many to choose from you can’t go wrong. I most likely would have gone if I didn’t pick another in-state school to go to. The application fee for CUNY is $65 and boy that’s a lot! However, the fee may be waived for applicants with great financial need. The annual tuition is $32,451 and the acceptance rate is 100%!

Granite State College

Granite State College in Concord, NH offers 27 bachelor’s programs, 5 associates programs, and 4 masters programs.  The best thing about applying to this college is that there’s no application fee! The annual tuition is $10,545 and the acceptance rate is 100%.

Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in Edinboro, PA  offers 46 bachelor’s programs, 7 associates programs, 20 masters programs, and a certificate program in customer service management. Wayland Baptist University

Out of all the colleges with high acceptance rates, for those of you who are looking for an affordable, Christian college Wayland Baptist University in Plainview, TX is for you. Would you believe they have 14 campuses in 5 cities across Texas and Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Alaska, and Hawaii. With so many campuses you better believe they offer so many degree programs to choose from. Wayland Baptist University has 46 bachelor’s programs, 4 associates programs, 14 masters programs and a doctoral program in general business administration and management. The application fee is $35 which is practically nothing when the acceptance rate is %98. The annual tuition for Wayland Baptist University is $33,318.
