4 Tasty Meal Replacement Smoothies To Lose Weight

One of the easiest roads to becoming more fit is to drink smoothies to lose weight. Specifically, meal replacement shakes have been designed to act as a meal in its own way. The reason a lot of people drink these smoothies is because they are made with ingredients to fill you up and they are also made with high-nutrient ingredients. In other words, in one smoothie you can get all of your doses of vitamins and vegetables for that day. The most popular use for meal replacements is for breakfast or post-workout smoothies.

1. Kale Spinach And Fruit Smoothie

This is one of the popular smoothies to lose weight that people drink. It has a lot of nutrients provided by spinach and kale. Since you are adding one piece of fruit (your choice), the natural sweetener from the juice will ensure the smoothie is not too bitter or watery. It will add a nice sweet taste. If you prefer your smoothies to be a little more on the sweet side, we highly recommend you add honey. Honey is a natural sweetener and a lot healthier than sugar or stevia. Some popular fruits to add are strawberries and pears.

2. Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

One of the best smoothies to lose weight is the peanut butter and banana smoothie. It is most popularly known as the energy-boosting smoothie because it is made with bananas, peanut butter, and Greek yogurt. Alone, these three ingredients have tons of healthy fats, fiber and protein. Drinking a glass of this every morning for breakfast will have you filled with energy until it is time to return home from work.

Many fitness professionals use peanut butter in their protein shakes, so you know it is a good source of energy. The banana will add that nice sweet touch alongside the peanut butter and greek yogurt which are more subtly sweet.

3. Berry Extreme Smoothie

Of course one of the choices of smoothies to lose weight have to be a complete berry option. The berry extreme smoothie is a blend of blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries mixed with whatever type of milk you prefer. This recipe is especially beneficial if you are on keto or a low-carb diet. These three berries are good antioxidants, high in fiber, and vitamin c to name a few.

It will be very sweet on its own, so there won’t be any need for honey or added sugars. The berry extreme smoothie option is very good for a breakfast meal replacement, as it is like drinking your oatmeal instead.
