Spring Is All About Bold, Sparkly, Glossy & Bright Makeup Looks & You’re Going To Love ‘Em

Makeup looks and styles can change depending on the season. Spring is just around the corner, and we’ve got everything you need to be the most glamorous. From lips, nails, to everything eyeshadow, you’ll have all eyes on you in no time. With 8 different looks, you can follow these trends this spring and watch the crowd go wild!

1. Pretty In Pink

Let’s face it, pink never goes out of style! This spring, coral-pink lips, and pink cheeks are trending. For blush, rose gold, (gorgeous, I know), is the way to go. And the best part is, you don’t need to go far or spend a ton of money to reach this perfect pretty in pink look. On average, your local drug store can offer a coral shade lipstick or lip stain for on average about $7.00. Another subtle way to achieve the classic pink look is with pink eye shadow. A simple sweep across the lid and you can achieve this look! I recommend any light shade, at Sephora or your local drug store. Brands such as Maybelline, NYX, or even MAC, can get you covered.

2. Brushed, Tamed Brows

You may have seen this look in magazines, on TV, or anywhere in the media. It really is trending: brushed, tamed, combed brows. This look provides a clean, fresh face to focus more attention on the makeup. It gives you a natural, effortlessly beautiful look without spending a ton of money, and you can probably achieve this with the beauty tools you already have at home!

3. Glitter On Inner Eye Lid

This trend is perfect for spring. Freshen up your makeup look for spring with this idea! It’s also pretty simple. Any glitter or shimmery eye shadow will work, and the best colors are silver, metallic, rose gold, or gold. Similarly, brands like L’Oreal or Maybelline can offer these at a reasonable price. All you do is place a little bit in the corner of your inner eye, (near the tear duct), along with some mascara, and you have finished the look! One of my favorite aspects to this makeup look is that you can alter how dramatic you want the outcome to be, by adding or removing glitter as needed. Heres what the finished result will look like.

4. Glow, Girl Glow

This next look will keep you feeling like its summer, all throughout the spring months. To make sure makeup looks are aligned with Spring trends, this look has been practiced by quite a few models and beauty gurus who follow trending looks. There are a few different ways to get this look. Heres how! To get an all-over, body and face tan, (or even just face), there is a mousse called St. Tropez, that myself and many other girls sware by! It’s a foam application, and for best results apply before bed. To complete the look, highlighter and bronzer can be used to add definition. Use the typical rule, highlighter is down the nose, and up the cheekbone, and bronzer by the temples.

5. Bright, Bold Eyeliner

For makeup looks, this next trend may sound a bit intense, but trust that the results are glamorous! And again, you can tailor the eyeliner color of your choice, to best get the results you are looking for. This look is best achieved with a pencil, or gel liner, in colors turquoise, royal blue, seafoam green, or any green/blue shade. Aside from looking bold and trendy, playing around with these looks can be fun! You can also apply the liner to your top lashline. Either or, it works both ways. Yep, you read that right. We’re keeping it simple and classic when it comes to bright colors. Colors such as red, pink, and violet are never going out of style for the spring and summer months. This Spring is all about bold pops of color – colors like red, bright pink or other similar shades can do the trick. These looks are best for lipstick, and nail color! The best way to pick color options for this look is to think berry – raspberry, or other bright colors that will stand out.

7. Beach Waves

Even though it isn’t summer just yet, you’ll feel like it is with your beachy waves! This look can be perfected with a curling wand, found at your local retail stores for under $45.00. I sware by this look, and it can be used for just about any occasion. Flare-up your everyday style with curls. It takes just 30 minutes, and you’ll be ready to complete any makeup or outfit look. Flaunt it, girl!

8. Light Glossy Lips, Natural Look

Ok, even though we just mentioned basically the opposite, the natural look is a classic that will always be in style no matter the season. Plus, letting your skin breathe from the makeup is always a good idea. To rock this look, follow these simple steps. All you are going to need is a lip gloss, and an optional step is a blush. Grab your favorite light pink lip gloss, and you are ready to conquer the day. Feel confident, and use the ‘less is more’ technique!

9. Go Wild

This next makeup look is all about eyes. With this trend, you can’t go wrong! You can play around with what color works for you, but trust me, a pop of bright color for eye shadow is what’s hot right now. Choose between red, pink, purple or blue, and apply it on the outer lid area. An optional step is to continue the color below the bottom of the lash line.
