1. Bright & White

Bright, white button-down shirts have a reputation for being boring and office wear. This spring season that is definitely not the case! There will be a lot of stark, white clothing items brought out this spring season. The easiest way to style it is with shorts, skinny, jeans, sneakers, or heels, it’s whatever you like and feel the most comfortable in. There are also a lot of these white clothing items on the market as beach coverups, perfect for whatever tropical destination will be heading to this spring and summer.

2. Fun Florals

This is not your granny and dated looking type of floral. This trend report predicts seeing a lot of different kinds of floral this spring season. Florals with all kinds of bright colors and varying in sizes and color combos. For a fun and colorful look, you can pair a bright floral skirt with an equally colorful t-shirt, like how it is pictured below. If you are unsure of what will work, you can always use the color wheel and color theory as a guide on what color work best together. The easiest color theme to follow using the color wheel is to match colors that are across from each other on the wheel. There are other tactics that you can use as well, they are just a click and type away, so do your research and have fun with it.

3. Monochromatic Looks

If you want to look more polished and expensive-looking without putting in a lot of effort or spending tons of money, then a monochromatic look is the thing for you. It is the easiest way to make your outfit look more put together without thinking too much. The general rule here is to match your outfit pieces together all in one color. They can be in different shades as long as they are the same color it will always work.

4. Big collars

Big and bold collars were a major trend in the 1970s and they are making a strong comeback this spring season as well. You can use the color theory or a monochromatic look to experiment with this look. The outfit pictured below plays with the idea of big collars and having a monochromatic look. The collar and the sweater are in the same color family. If you are a more simple person, you can always wear a button-down with a large collar on its own, or you can layer a white button-down underneath your sweater instead.

5. Sharp, out of the box suits

Want a professional look with a bit more punch and appeal? Then you should try looking for suits in bright colors, prints, and patterns. This is an easy and fun way to make your professional look seem a bit more creative while not being too much for a business setting. The picture below showcases this trend with a bright yellow, if that is a bit too much for you, feel free to change the color to something else you would prefer. Like maybe select a black or brown suit with small print, so it is less obnoxious looking and sleeker.
