Ever had that feeling when you’re so hungry and your stomach does those weird whale sounds? (yeah, happens to me a LOT).

3. Catching up on sleep
As a kid, you probably hated going to sleep and thought you were a cool and rebellious kid staying up late and boasting to all your friends.
Now you’re an adult and much older, you probably appreciate sleep a whole lot more and would love to stay in bed all day if you had the chance.
Working all week can really tire you out and make you really question if the early mornings and getting home late for a job you probably don’t like that much is really worth it. If you’re a shopaholic, you probably love shopping online and get really excited and happy when you know you have parcels coming in the post.

While you’re cleaning your room and you find something you thought you lost, it probably brings back memories (and is also probably the same reason why cleaning your room takes so long).

Being stuck indoors whether you are stuck in an office working all day or just love being at home, a walk in the park can bring you happiness.
It might be something you don’t do often or feel you have no need to do but it will help you get fresh air and really appreciate nature. It’ll be a chance for you to get active and explore aspects of your neighbourhood you probably never knew existed.
