you can spice up your favorite cereal with fruits such as strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. This is not only a tasty idea, but also a healthy one. This breakfast idea takes no more than 5 minutes to make. So easy!
2. Overnight Oats
This breakfast idea requires a little preparation overnight but its very quick and even easier to make. Simply mix in some rolled oats with your milk choice (I prefer almond milk) and keep it in the fridge overnight.
Feel free to mix in things such as peanut butter, almond butter, honey, or fruit. In the morning it should be ready to eat and you can grab it on the go.
A smoothie has to be one of the quickest and easiest breakfast ideas that is a great start to your morning. I’d recommend buying frozen fruit or freezing fruit you already have overnight.
