To finish up this recipe, all you need to do is pour the mixture into a loaf pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick spray and place it into the oven for 60-70 minutes at 350 degrees. Add in 2/3 cup half and half, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 cup pumpkin puree, and 1/8 tsp nutmeg and stir until the cheese is completely melted.
