If you’re looking to lose weight during quarantine then there are plenty of fat-burning cardio home workout videos, or if you want to bulk up there are also many muscle-building videos and workouts. Based on the type of exercise you’re looking for you might want to try out different YouTube channels or home workout videos to find the perfect match. Here are 10 home workout videos to keep yourself in shape during quarantine.
1. POPSUGAR Fitness – 15-minute Beginner’s At-Home Cardio Workout
The first of these home workout videos to check out during quarantine is by POPSUGAR Fitness on YouTube. The video is 15-minute Beginner’s At-Home Cardio Workout and is pretty self-explanatory based on the name. The host Anna Renderer takes you through a more beginner cardio workout that is great for someone at any fitness level! If you want more advanced home workout videos for a good burn then check out NateBower Fitness! His videos typically revolve around boxing and boxing workouts but you don’t need a heavy bag and gloves to get a good workout. His video Ultimate 20 Minute In Home Boxing Workout is a great bodyweight workout that includes some good stretching exercises as well. The workouts in this video include high knee punchouts, pushups, 1-2’s, power squats, jump squats, and more! The FitnessBlender YouTube channel posted this 37 Minute Fitness Blender Cardio Workout At Home video that is perfect if you prefer home workout videos that you follow along with minute-by-minute. Throw it up on your laptop or your smart TV (with YouTube) and follow this great and free cardio workout!
6. BullyJuice – 20 Minute Full Body Workout (No Equipment )
BullyJuice on YouTube has several workout and fitness videos on his channel that are a great resource for any fitness journey. His video 20 Minute Full Body Workout (No Equipment) is great for getting in a very well-rounded workout. It’s another of the home workout videos where you can follow along minute-by-minute. 8. Body Project – 30 Minute Fat Burning Home Workout
The YouTube channel Body Project produces many videos and fitness content that is worth a look through! This video of theirs the 30 Minute Fat Burning Home Workout is perfect to add your home workout videos to help keep you in shape during quarantine. It’s a great video for beginners that’s easy to follow with low impact results being an all-standing workout.
9. MadFit – 10 Min Beginner Lower Abs (No Equipment)
A very diverse fitness channel on YouTUbe with great home workout videos is MadFit. She has not only standard workout videos but also some fun alternatives like apartment-friendly workouts, song workouts, knee-friendly workouts, stretch/yoga, TikTok dance party workouts, and more! This video of hers is 10 Min Beginner Lower ABS (At Home No equipment). It’s easy to follow along with and includes some great exercises.
