Express Is Taking Over The South Oval!

EXPRESS is taking over the South Oval and offering two FREE group fitness classes on 9/27…And you’re invited! Let’s face it, working out is better with friends. There will be EXP Core And Cardio and/or EXP Core Freestyle Yoga. Plus, OSU Collegiate Ambassadors will be on-site giving away EXP CORE swag, gift cards and tickets to upcoming EXPRESSLIVE! shows, including GRiZ, Tegan and Sara, Elle King & Mac Miller. Bring your mat, athletic shoes, a water bottle, a sweat towel and your squad.

Here’s the info:

5:00-5:30p.m. – Registration for Class #1
5:30-6:15p.m. – Class #1
6:15-6:30p.m. – Registration for Class #2
6:30-7:15p.m. – Class #2

EXP CORE AND CARDIO 5:30-6:15p.m.

45 minutes of high energy training combining aerobic and strength movements. This total body workout will leave you feeling strong and motivated. Great for all fitness levels. Equipment required: Water bottle, mat, sweat towel and athletic shoes.

EXP CORE FREESTYLE YOGA 6:30-7:15p.m.

45 minutes of muscle strengthening and toning moves weaved into yoga flow sequences. No yoga experience necessary. Great for all fitness levels. Equipment required: Water bottle, mat, and a sweat towel.
