DIY Pumpkin Face Mask

Yet another pumpkin flavored beauty product. If you thought pumpkin just tasted good, you are mistaken. It also is super good for your skin because it has tons of enzymes and vitamins. It even has torulitine in it, which has Vitamins E and T in it to help fight acne. So you don’t have to worry that this face mask will cause you to break out, and you’ll be left with very soft skin.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of ground almonds
  • 2 cup of pureed pumpkins (freshly cooked or canned)
  • 4 tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon of olive oil

First, mix up the pumpkin puree.

Next, add in all of your other ingredients, and mix well.

Apply it to skin. The best way to do this is by using the back of a spoon. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes.

Since this works best if your skin is damp, it might be a good idea to take a bath while you have the mask on.

After the time is up, wipe your face clean. If you have leftovers, you can refrigerate and use them for up to a week.
