10 Detox Recipes That Actually Taste Delicious

Summer break is coming up, which means you’ve gotta get ready to show off that beach bod. While you’re running and crunching your way to get that hot figure, you can’t forget another crucial part of the process- eating healthy. But after a long St. Patrick’s Day weekend of partying, or an even longer week of spring break debauchery, it’s probably fair to say that your healthy eating habits haven’t exactly been up to par. One of the quickest solutions to combating this slip up? Detoxing. I know that the word “detox” can come off sounding scary and intense, but it doesn’t have to be that way! Just think of detoxing as a way to eliminate the “bad stuff” in your body by eating clean…NOT by eating nothing at all. In fact, there are tons of detox recipes that are insanely delicious, I’ll bet you eat them even when you’re not detoxing!
