We all love a good avocado toast morning. But what if you want avocado toast with a bit more of a twist? Well, I’ve helped you out with some great healthy and delicious options to change up your regular and boring avocado toast with some new ideas!
Make your toast into a meal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner or you can stick with the snacks. Check out all the ways you can spice up your avocado toast below!
A little bit of a salty and savory treat for breakfast, a snack, lunch or pre-dinner! All you have to do is make your toast, spread your avocado mashed on the toast, some feta cheese and balsamic glaze across the top! You can get balsamic glaze at any grocery store, it should be near the sauces or pasta sauce section. It is a great additive for most any meals especially this one for a bit more taste as it pairs great with feta cheese!
You have your toast replacement for a bagel, avocado not mashed just sliced up, and sesame seeds that you can get from Trader Joe’s called “Everything But The Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend.” There is just something about cream cheese and avocado paired together that makes the world go round. This is great if you don’t have a bagel or if you’re trying to cut some carbs and looking for a smaller alternative like some multigrain toast.
Easy side up or boiled, doesn’t matter because either way, it’s going to taste great on some mashed up avocado toast! Add some salt and pepper or siracha and this easy to make meal will be great for breakfast, brunch or lunch! Add bacon as well for a twist!
As always you have your favorite toasted toast with Avocado sliced or mashed, whichever you prefer! Add some smoked salmon to the top with maybe a bit of salt and pepper or cheese to your liking. There you have the perfect and easy made breakfast or snack!
This one is for all of those hungry people out there. I know you, I see you and I appreciate the hunger for this delicious meal. It is personally one of my favorites! So you have your toast, avocado mashed spread on top. Then you’ll place a burger on the toast with cheese if you’d like, I always go with mozzarella.
Then you can add some bacon or even an egg! I like to make sweet potatoes to go along with the whole meal and I may have this breakfast usual for dinner!
So this recipe calls for a grill and a bit more of a preparation and cook time. First, as usual, mash up your avocado and prepare your shrimp for grilling or for placing them in the skillet. Use Ciabatta bread instead of regular toast for this meal or appetizer.
Cut up the bread and place on the grill, in the oven or on the skillet as you’d like by adding a tiny bit of oil to the mix. Cook up your shrimp and when it’s ready you can put it all together for a great seafood appetizer or meal!
You can really almost put anything on avocado toast, it is just one of those universal foods that will be good at any time, with any meal! It’s a winner in a lot of millennial hearts and it is obvious why.
