A lot of trends from the 2000s are making a comeback lately. Tiny sunglasses, chokers and halter tops are back and bigger than ever. But one fashion piece that I never thought would make a return are Bermuda shorts. They were huge when I was in elementary school. Every girl rocked her plaid knee-length shorts on the playground. And every girl had them in a plethora of colors and patterns. They were great because they were comfy and easy to wear. But one thing they weren’t was cute. I have so many photos of me in ill-fitting Bermuda shorts that make me cringe every time my parents pull out the family photo album. The great thing about all these trends making a comeback though is that they get cuter and cooler the second time around. The Bermuda shorts that have been hitting the scene lately are seriously so fashionable and I’m living for the trend. Especially because short shorts are so overplayed and I’m ready for some change!
