The Typical Day Of A Student At Central Michigan University

Our school has a very diverse group of students, but our days all look very similar. Read this article if you’re a student at Central Michigan University.

1. Sleeping through the alarm.

If you have any classes before 11 a.m., it’s more likely than not you’re struggling to get out of bed and get to them. If you have a class any time after 11 a.m. and you’re still struggling, then you might just be lazy.

2. Still feeling tired despite sleeping for over 10 hours.

How is it possible to be so tired when you forced yourself to bed at 10 last night? It seems the more sleep we get, the more tired we are. How does that make sense?

3. A day of assignments.

It’s like one minute you’re caught up with your professors or even a week ahead and then all of a sudden by the end of the day you have 2 assignments in each class due next week. A student at Central Michigan University can never win.

4. Trying to find cheap food on campus.

We don’t want just cheap food, we want edible food. A typical student at Central Michigan University is working their butt off in classes, can’t they just be rewarded with food that tastes good and isn’t overpriced?

5. Constant motivation to do well in school.

We remind ourselves constantly “it’s all worth it. It’s all worth it.” But, is it all worth it? Who knows.

6. And then, giving up.

Right when you’re feeling confident and motivated, something happens that really makes you question even trying anymore.

7. Parking tickets.

If we’re late to class, the professor chastises us. If we park somewhere to avoid being late to class, parking services punishes us. Like seriously, where are all the parking spots? Why can’t I get one of them?
