European Wax Center is promoted throughout media and social platforms as one of the best experiences that you would have when making the decision to a wax. I always saw banners, promotions and referrals to this place and one day decided to take a chance at it.
When I made my first appointment there, I went with my friend who convinced me to do it. She came with me for moral support, but also because she had an appointment there as well. The experience was very pleasing but there was a few issues that came up after I left.
It was during the appointment where this topic of ingrown hairs came up. I asked a lot of questions regarding the after care of getting my lady parts waxed, and I was greeted with information that I thought was truthful and accurate.
I specifically asked if I would get any ingrown hairs by waxing, and the response I received was that it is less likely that i would recieve ingrown hairs than if I was to shave. Ingrowns are a pain in the ass honestly, because they hurt or takes a while for them to go away, and it’s just not fun to look at.
The ripping away of the hair down there is OD painful in the very beginning. I remember when she was about to start and there on after, I had her count to three before she went through with the full rip.
She expressed to me that the labia is the most painful but after I get that situated I would be fine, the remainder of the experience was good, especially towards the end because I didn’t fill it. The butt strip was not noticable at all when she did it, lol.
Exfoliating the skin down there is important and is what is what will reduce the possibility of ingrown hairs appearing. The lady who serviced me told me that everytime you get a waxed, you should exfoliate at least two times a week up until your next appointment.
At the end of the appointment, she recommended the luminating skin efoliater that they sell there at the shop. It was pretty inexpensive but I didn’t get it.
Keeping up with waxing appointments is good if you want to keep the presentation of your vagina. Keeping up will also enforce the likelyhood of you going back to shaving, which will eradicate the work that is already in progress.
Going from waxing and then reverting back to shaving is not the best decision, it’s important that you pick one and stick to it. So think long and hard and come up with a final decision, one that is best for you.
The feeling that I had after leaving from my appointment was amazing, I felt free, like a new woman, lol. I didn’t feel how I normally would feel after I just finished shaving, though I would feel somewhat free it’s just a different feeling.
Every female who gets a waxing will leave with a different feeling, their mood will probably be 10 times better than when they arrived, it really changes the attitude of a female. It’s a good thing, lol.
