We all get in those moods when we are feeling like a snack, but not just any snack, the most delicious snack that we can whip up in a snap! Here are a list of snacks that you can make super fast, and they are sure to tickle your taste buds!
This is one is perfect in the warmer months. If you are a big fan of frozen yoghurt here is your chance to make your own, plus! if you make it yourself you can make it super healthy, super yummy, and you will know exactly what is in it, no hidden nasties. For this delicious treat you will need greek yoghurt, ice, frozen fruit of your choosing, honey to taste. Throw a handfull of ice into a blender with one cup of frozen fruit, one and a half cups of greek yoghurt, roughly two tables spoons of honey. Blend it all together and you have got a deliciously healthy frozen treat that you will absolutely fall in love with! Remember that this recipe is completely tailorable to your taste. Use as little or as much honey as you desire, the same goes for the fruit. Just make sure that keep it in the freezer to achieve that frozen, thick consistency.
This is a go to for me all the time! If you don’t feel like spending too long in the kitchen, then give this a go. Gather together your fav fruits, such as strawberries or bananas, and then add a dollop of nutella and peanut butter to your plate. Just spread and bite! This is beyond easy and super yummy. My personal fav combo is green apples and peanut butter! You will be able to get your sweet cravings taken care of without being super unhealthy. This will be what you find yourself reaching for all the time! You will come up with your very own favourite creation in no time. This will be your new go to!
If you want to get a little more creative try something with melted chocolate. Slice up some banana, and on each slice spread some peanut butter on them. Melt some chocolate and coat each banana slice in melted chocolate. Place each slice on a cookie sheet and pop it in the fridge or freezer if you and strapped for time. You will have delicious peanut banana bites in no time! If banana is not your think swap the banana for a pitted date. This is a delicious treat! If you are not a fruit eater then try make some chocolate spiders. You just have to melt together some chocolate and peanut butter, then mix in some fried crunchy noodles. Make small handfulls of the mixture and place them on a cookie sheet and pop them in the fridge. Yum!
This one I created by accident. Defrost some puff pastry and unroll it into a large square. Rub some butter on the puff pastry. Sprinkle over some cinnamon and sugar. Cut the puff pastry into strips and either twist is long ways or roll it into a spiral, get creative! Pop them into the oven for about a fifteen minutes. You will have delicious little cinnamon sugar bites! Delicious! This takes zero time and only four ingredients, you can’t go wrong! This is truly a snack you can make in a snap!
