The Best Resume Examples You Can Find Online

Need to create a compelling resume but completely lost? Don’t worry, we got you covered. By using Google Docs, you can select from a variety of resume examples. There’s nothing more important than making a good first impression! Your resume is literally the first interaction you will have with future employers. For this reason, the template that you use should not only be professional but also unique. Here are a few resume examples to choose from!

Swiss

Alright, let’s start this list off with something simple and clean! The Swiss template is a great resume example for those of you who don’t exactly wanna spice things up too much. Honestly, sometimes simple is better and with this default template, you’ll of have a chance to detail your skills, experience, and education. There’s also a section for any awards you may wanna proudly boast about towards the bottom of the template. If you’re not exactly feeling creative, this may be the template for you!

Serif

Our next template; Serif, is a little more advanced. While you have a few more options to list your capabilities, don’t get scared off by the more complicated layout. Essentially, you’ll be able to list your languages along with any major projects you’ll want to highlight to your future employers. The layout is a little more open compared to Swiss and all of your categories are laid out on both sides as opposed to listed top to bottom.

Your Choice!

I’ll be honest, the next few resume examples are essentially variations of each other. Despite this, I found each of them to be great choices for anybody seeking a great first impression. I’d highly recommend reviewing each of these templates yourself because we might have drastically different taste! Don’t take my template suggestions as the word of god! I mean… I’d be flattered if you did but seriously don’t do that!

Coral

Coral is another great template that focuses more so on your experience. You’ll be able to list your education, skills, and awards. But what makes this template interesting is that you’ll be able to list multiple bullet points under the experience section. So for those of you that have tons of experience that you want your employers to take notice of, you can’t really go wrong with the coral template.

Spearmint

This is another simple template that is very similar to the coral template. With a different font and arrangement of the categories in coral, you may find this template more visually striking. I’d highly recommend examining the template yourself to find your preference but the choice is really dependant on your taste.

Modern Writer

Finally, we have the Modern Writer font which is my personal favorite template! And no it’s not because of my occupation! The layout is very similar to the previous templates but the font is extremely appealing to me. Of course, the layout gets the job done so it’s a matter of personal preference once again.

In Conclusion…

All of these resume examples are completely free within Google Docs. Honestly, there’s not much of a difference between these templates besides their cosmetic appearances. So just because Modern Writer is my favorite listed here, doesn’t mean that the others are any less worthy. Examine each and every template until you find one that catches your eye! If for whatever reason my marvelous list didn’t match your elegant taste, there are countless other free templates out there!  However, make sure you beef up your resume with some impressive feats before submitting it! Don’t make the mistake of having a pretty looking resume without much depth.
