The Best Horror Movies To Watch Based On Your Horoscope

Looking to go on a horror film binge but not sure what you should watch? Here’s a list of horror movies to watch based on your zodiac sign, ranging from classic to modern.

Aries: Silence of the Lambs

As the celestial ram, this choice should be a pretty no-brainer. Anything to do with lambs or rams and you’re there, Aries. Plus this classic horror movie will likely bring back some nostalgia, which is another thing that you’re known for.

Taurus: Pan’s Labyrinth

This star sign is directly associated with anything nature, especially fauns and other mythical wildlife, which is why this film is the perfect horror movie for you. Also, fun fact: the director, Guillermo del Toro’s, last name means the bull. It’s almost like it was meant to be…

Gemini: Interview with a Vampire

Geminis are often known as two things: the analysts of the zodiac and the sign with the darkest side (we don’t make fun of them for being two-faced for no reason). That’s why this film is perfect: a little bit of a dark side, following a journalist, and based on the desire to be forever young. Sounds like a Gemini to us.

Cancer: Psycho

Cancers, out of all of the signs, are the most emotional of the crew: which is why Psycho works so well. In a film about the effects of childhood and emotional issues (to put it mildly) this film is perfect for in-tune Cancers. Plus, the most iconic scene takes place in water, which just so happens to be your element. Literally.

Leo: Carrie (1976)

Leos are the dramatic performers of the star signs, and there’s no way to deny that. This film is the ultimate performance, especially the very end of the film with the blood spill (we didn’t say no spoilers). Also, as a fire sign, Leos are known for inacting firey revenge, which seems pretty Carrie to us.

Virgo: 10 Cloverfield Lane

As the most organized and thorough of the signs, Virgos are prepared for anything. Even the apocalypse. However, like this film, you have to be wary of who you lean to for support, because you never know who’s going to be absolutely bonkers. Plus, most of this film takes place underground, and you’re an earth sign. See any patterns here?

Libra: Stepford Wives (1975)

For Libras, appearance is key, and the very same thing can be said about this film. Everything seems perfectly normal, and the wives are all perfect… until you realize that it’s the exact opposite. With all the suburban socializing, Libras will be at home and on the edge of their seats.

Scorpio: The Fly

Scorpios are known as being the most transformative of the signs, especially when taking into account the signs planet, Pluto (which is also linked to metamorphosis). And, as demanding as Scorpios are, this movie definitely demands attention, and so does it’s characters.

Sagittarius: Split

Being adventourous and multi-faceted, Sagittarius’ can definitely relate to the feeling of having completely different and competing personalities inside of them. The scariest thing about this movie for a Sagittarius? The fact that the villain can’t control these personalities.

Capricorn: Nosferatu (1922)

Being the most traditional of the bunch, Capricorns are more likely to go for older films, which is why this film is so perfect. Known as the first classic vampire film, Nosferatu just fits that age-old tradition vibe that Capricorns go for. Plus, all the black and white and dramatic castle on top a hill? Totally a Capricorn thing.

Aquarius: Blair Witch Project

Being the scientists and conspiracy theorists of the zodiac, a film about three students filming a documentary about a local legend is pretty perfect. Plus, the film was largely improvised, and the settings were all real forest for pure authenticity. And if that doesn’t scream Aquarius, we don’t know what does.

Pisces: It Comes at Night

Pisces’ are known for having overactive imaginations, and the idea of unknown things is terrifying to them. The idea of a monster in your home that comes to you when you’re dreaming? Terrifying for the sign who always is.

Have you seen any of these films? What do you think? Let us know in the comments below!
