The Best At-Home Spa Night 2019

You don’t have to spend tons of money to go to a fancy spa. You can have your own DIY spa night in the comfort of your own home. Who knew! I’ve come up with my own version of an at-home spa night that will rejuvenate you after a long day. Let’s get started!

1. Bubble Bath

Your at-home spa night is not complete without a relaxing, hot bath to soak in. Use a Lush bath bomb or bath salts to really create that spa effect. Throw your hair in a bun, sit back, and relax. This will get you in the mood for the perfect at-home spa experience. You can even pour yourself a glass of Rose or sparkling cider! Yum!

2. Get In Comfy Clothes

You won’t feel fully relaxed until you’ve taken off your bra, put your hair in a messy bun, and got in sweats or pajamas. This will get you in the mindset of relaxation and now you can just relax for the rest of the night. And finally, put on some comfy slippers so you feel extra cozy.

3. Face Masks

You can totally do a spa night alone, but you can also get your closest girlfriends together for some extra fun. Face masks are great when your face just needs a reboot. You can either do a DIY face mask from Pinterest or buy one at a drugstore. Your skin will feel 100% better afterwards. Trust me. You can even put cucumbers on your eyes and give each other massages!

4. Light Some Scented Candles

To make your room or home smell like a spa, light some eucalyptus or lavender scented candles. This will create mood lighting and give your room a spa vibe. Plus, your room will smell like heaven after a few minutes.

5. Paint Your Nails

You don’t need to go to a salon to get your nails done, just paint them at home! You save money and get to do them the way you want. I love Essie nail polish because it lasts longer and they have so many cute shades to choose from! Set up a little DIY nail station and you can do mani-pedis with your friends, or just do your own.

6. Exfoliate

Exfoliating your skin is such a good way to feel refreshed and clean out dirty, clogged pores. Pick up a nice exfoliator from your local drug store or Ulta. After you wash off the residue, your face will feel softer than silk. Who doesn’t love this feeling?

7. Indulge In Your Fav Dessert

Treat yo’self to your favorite dessert, whether it be a pint of ice cream, chocolate, or donuts. This spa night is all about letting your indulgences take over. After all, we deserve it! Let this sweet treat be your gift to yourself for working so hard.

8. Sip On Herbal Tea

Herbal tea is a great way to soothe your throat, get you ready for bed and just help you feel relaxed. Sip on hot tea while you read a book or draw. My favorites are chamomile, lavender or peppermint. So good!

9. At-Home Spa Night: Watch Netflix

Binge-watching your fav Netflix show is a perfect way to end this at-home spa night. Turn on “That 70’s Show”, “The Office” or “Stranger Things”. This is your opportunity to take-in the last of this relaxing night in. If you fall asleep while watching, your doing it right.

I hope you enjoyed these idea for the at-home spa night of your dreams. Comment below which of these you are going to add to your spa night routine. Happy relaxing!
