2. There isn’t consistent rhythm or stroke

If you and your partner are continuously switching positions, it is easier for you to lose that build up. The more of a rhythm your partner has with his stroke, the better the chance you will have an orgasm.

3. You may have a physical disorder like Anorgasmia

Over 20% of women have been diagnosed with Anorgasmia which is a fancy term for not being able to orgasm. There are numerous factors that come into play, so definitely check it out.

4. You didn’t pee before sex

There is nothing worse than having sex when you have to pee. Your body naturally tightens up and won’t allow you to orgasm when your bladder needs to be released.

5. You’re distracted

Maybe it’s the tv on in front of you or a million thoughts running through your head, but getting distracted can really kill your vibe. Before you have sex, make sure you relax your mind so you can be fully present.

So many people don’t understand the orgasm and the female body. Not all women can have an orgasm just from penetration. The clitoris is the most important aspect of the women’s anatomy when it comes to orgasms. If your clit has been neglected, this could definitely be the reason for not having and orgasm.
