Durdle Door is the perfect place to go for a romantic getaway, whether it be winter or summer. 3. Windermere, Lake District

Another romantic getaway destination could be Lake Windermere in the Lake District. There’s plenty of walks around the lake to take or you can soak up the sun and take a boat. Make it the perfect romantic weekend by bringing some champagne, a picnic and putting the fire on in the cottage.
