So for me, Smoothies have always been a great option as they are very healthy and contain all the vitamins and nutrients your body needs, they  help you contribute towards your 5-a-day fruit and veg intake and  they  also taste amazing! INGREDIENTS: 500ml Carrot Juice, 200g pineapple, 2 bananas split into pieces, small amount of peeled ginger, 20g cashew nuts, small amount of lime juice
