5 New Restaurants In Los Angeles To Check Out

The city of Los Angeles is a city that is not only one of the most populated in the United States, but it is also one of the most visited cities in the entire world. With that being said, there are plenty of restaurants (of various cuisines) in Los Angeles that one has to try. New restaurants are opening around the city constantly. With that said, here are 5 New Restaurants In Los Angeles To Check Out:

1. Birdie G’s:

Although the new restaurant in Santa Monica only opened its’ doors a month ago, it was named by Vogue Magazine as one of 2019’s Most Anticipated Restaurant Openings in their January 2019 issue. Chef and Owner Jeremy Fox serves his twist on American cuisine in his highly anticipated restaurant. Birdie G’s open kitchen allows customers to take in how their food is going to be prepared. Fox’s dishes on the menu are both large and comforting, meaning that there is going to be truly something for everyone! While dining at Birdie G’s, be sure to try their famous Texas Toast (several options to choose from) and the Dungeness crab and prawn cake.

2. Bon Temps:

The recently opened French restaurant by Lincoln Carson is located in the Arts District of Los Angeles. Bon Temps was named one of the most highly anticipated openings for new restaurants in Los Angeles by Food & Wine Magazine. Like most restaurants in the Arts District, Bon Temps is in a large space that contains a lot of industrial touches. Carson’s twist on Bon Temps is redefining a present day French brasserie. Everything on the menu from the raw bar to the famous canapés is to die for. Be sure to make your reservation at Bon Temps ASAP!

3. Antico:

Chef Chad Colby’s Italian restaurant only opened for business this past June and has had nothing but positive reviews. The restaurant is located on the border between Larchmont and Koreatown. Antico’s menu serves rustic Italian cuisine and one can find plenty of fresh pasta and excellently-grilled meats served from the restaurant’s open kitchen space. The ice cream on their dessert menu is creamy, rich, and delicious. Antico was also named one of the most highly anticipated openings for new restaurants in Los Angeles. The place is opened from Monday to Friday (closed on weekends) only for dinner, so be sure to book your reservation for Antico ASAP!

4. Tacos 1986:

Originally set up as a food stand, Tacos 1986 took a brief hiatus before returning to the restaurant industry, this time in a standing-only restaurant space in Downtown Los Angeles. The new restaurant space for the business only opened its doors last month. Expect Tijuana-style tacos made with fresh tortillas that are served at a reasonable price. Of all the taco spots in the city, Tacos 1986 is one of the hottest new restaurants in Los Angeles to check out.

The new restaurant has a seasonal menu that serves American cuisine and most of its dishes are cooked on their wood-fired grill.
