I never knew black beans and sweet potato could be a combination until I tried it for myself, they are super delicious and tasty and extremely easy to prepare. All you need is a can of drained and rinsed black beans, you can also soak the beans overnight and then boil if you like whatever you find convenient. You also need 2 medium-sized sweet potatoes boiled, finely chopped garlic, onions, coriander, and green chilies. For spice add cumin powder, pepper powder, chili powder, and salt to taste. Add breadcrumbs to help form the patties, Mix everything together and fry in a pan till golden brown. Place on a burger bun with slices of tomato and lettuce leaves and your favorite sauce to go.

These are absolutely my kind of burgers, I mean who would want meat after eating this burger. This one is my favorite meat-free burger. Portobello mushrooms are easily available in all supermarkets. They are juicy and mouthwatering. First, take out the stems of the mushrooms and keep aside, then finely chop in stems and toss them in a pan with a little garlic and olive oil and set aside. Now place the mushroom flat side down on a hot grill for about 5 minutes, then add the filling and cheese of your choice and grill for another couple of minutes. Place on a burger with slices of onion and tomato and a mayo spread.

3. Spicy Cauliflower Burgers

These might not seem very appetizing, but trust me they are absolutely delish and easy to make. I tried it for a dinner party and they were everyone’s favorite. All you need to do is cut a cauliflower head into florets and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then once cooled pulse through a food processor but do not make a paste. Then add a cup of raw quinoa and a quarter cup breadcrumbs. For spice add cumin, paprika, black pepper, garlic salt, and salt. Blend everything together and form patties and fry on a hot pan. Place on the burger with a coleslaw.

My friend was the one to introduce me to these amazingly delicious burgers. Never thought meat-free burgers could be this yummy. The prep time is pretty less and it is very quick and easy to prepare. First, drain a can of chickpeas and pat dry, again here if you prefer you can pre-soak the chickpeas overnight and boil them the next morning. In a food processor add the drained chickpeas, add a small onion, a couple a garlic cloves, a handful of parsley, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, 2 tbsp flour, and salt and pepper to taste, blend all together. Form equal-sized patties with this mixture and fry on a hot pan. Add on a burger with a green salad and mint and yogurt sauce.

These burgers are perfect to serve your vegetarian guests and also an easy and delicious way to get your kids to have their veggies. What you need is 2 big potatoes boiled and mashed, to this you can add vegetables you like as in carrots, french beans, cauliflower, peas, broccoli all finely chopped. To this then add spices like chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, raw mango powder, chaat masala, and salt and pepper to taste. Make patties of this mixture and fry on a hot pan. Serve on a burger with tomato sauce.
