  • ½ cup fresh or frozen unsweetened pitted red tart cherries
  • ½ cup low-fat milk
  • ¼ cup plain fat-free or low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries or raspberries

  • 3 blueberries
  • 3 raspberries
  • 3 blackberries
  • ⅓ cup organic frozen orange juice concentrate
