10. Reversed Upside-Down Eye Look
This makeup look is certain to turn heads, and make others do a double take! If you need an easy, whacky makeup tutorial, this one is it. It’s a pretty simple Halloween makeup hack for those who probably don’t want to go all out with a costume this year.
11. Cat Halloween Makeup
This makeup look is definitely a classic. This cat makeup look is a great, simple way to accentuate that feline costume that you’re planning for a party or get-together.
This makeup look also doesn’t require much in the way of extra props, besides cat-eye contacts. Other than that, it uses pretty much anything you have in your makeup drawer, like gel liner. If you don’t have gel liner, you could always use eyeliner if you have it. It’ll work just as well.
