Are we really going to sit here and talk about breakfast meal prep without acknowledging the signature omelette? I think not. Begin by whisking some eggs and pouring them into the pan, then, after it is half cooked add some cheese and a handful of green onions. You can switch things up and add some mushrooms, red onions or even green peppers. Fold, place onto your plate and enjoy.

Beans, beans, they’re good for your heart.

This one is my classic go-to breakfast recipe. All you need is some beans and tuna and if you want a little twist, some turmeric. Begin by putting two cans of beans into a bowl, then add some tuna and mix together well. Add a tablespoon of turmeric and some vegetable seasoning. When cooked, enjoy your meal with toasted bread and a cup of tea. You’re welcome.
