The next home remedy is amazing for when you have a sore throat. All you’ll need is 2 longer dish towels or even a pair of long socks, and a safety pin. First you’ll get one of the socks or towels damp and heat it in the microwave until it’s quite warm (but still cool enough that you can comfortably touch it). 

Then you’ll wrap this around your neck and cover it with the dry towel or sock. Safety pin it in the back and relax while you watch your favorite show and/or sip some honey lemon tea! You could even sleep in this and you’ll wake up feeling much better.

Breathing Eucalyptus/Tea Tree Oil For Sinuses
