This DIY home remedy is similar to the honey lemon tea, but without the honey! This is great to drink in the morning because it’ll really help to detoxify your body, as well as delivering hydration and vitamin C.

Next on our list of home remedies is a health boost drink by Sarah’s Day. If you drink this a few times during the day, it’ll kick your sickness away quick so you can get back to feeling great!

Warm Towel For Sore Throat
The next home remedy is amazing for when you have a sore throat. All you’ll need is 2 longer dish towels or even a pair of long socks, and a safety pin. First you’ll get one of the socks or towels damp and heat it in the microwave until it’s quite warm (but still cool enough that you can comfortably touch it).
Then you’ll wrap this around your neck and cover it with the dry towel or sock. Safety pin it in the back and relax while you watch your favorite show and/or sip some honey lemon tea! You could even sleep in this and you’ll wake up feeling much better.
The warmth of the towel around your neck will bring the blood flow to your sore throat and help to heal it quickly!
Breathing Eucalyptus/Tea Tree Oil For Sinuses
If you’re struggling with allergies and congested sinuses, then grab some tea tree or eucalyptus oil and a cotton ball! Put a few drops of the essential oil onto the cotton ball and then put it up to your nose so you can breath it in.
Doing this will really help to clear your sinuses. You could even put a few drops of the oil into a diffuser so you can breath it in while you relax and get some rest.
Vitamin And Antioxidant Smoothie
It’s super important to eat healthy all the time, but especially when you’re feeling sick. Create this DIY home remedy to deliver lot’s of vitamins and antioxidants to your body to boost your health and kick your sickness away!
All you’ll need is a few frozen bananas and strawberries, some fresh blueberries and blackberries, and spinach. Add a bit of water or coconut water and blend together until you get your smoothie to the desired texture.
The fruit will deliver lots of vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin K into your body while the spinach will deliver important nutrients to help get you back on your feet. This is one of the tastier DIY home remedies, so enjoy!
