15 Creative And Easy Ways To Enjoy Fruit

Fruit is a healthy and refreshing treat for everyone. However, just eating some plain fruit can get boring after a while and fruit rots so quickly it is hard to keep any stocked in the fridge for too long. So, as a fruit-lover myself, I have compiled the perfect list of fifteen creative and easy ways to enjoy fruit when you just don’t feel like eating a banana.

1. Fruit-infused water:

Chop up your favorite fruits into small pieces and put them in a pitcher, bottle, or glass of water for a flavorful twist of regular water. There are many benefits to drink fruit-infused water such as immune defense, appetite control, blood sugar management, and weight management. The sky is the limit for which fruits you want to include but a few of my favorites are strawberries, raspberries, oranges, watermelon, and kiwi.

2. Fruit ice cubes

If you don’t like the idea of letting the bits of fruit soak in the water, another trick is to make fruit ice cubes. Simply cut up your favorite fruit and put them in an ice tray with water, or just freeze bits of fruit and throw the cubes in your glass. Another trick is to just pour fruit juice in an ice tray and let the juice freeze into their own little ice cubes. Fruit ice cubes are way more aesthetic than regular ice cubes anyways!
