1. Artisanal Brewing Ventures

Like many craft beer breweries worldwide, Artisanal has many craft beer breweries located in the southern part of the United States. Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, this craft beer brewery specializes in cider beer, craft beer, and distilling. This craft beer brewery, founded in 2015, consists of many different craft breweries’ minds and ideas. CANarchy is known as the eighth-largest craft brewery in the United States. CANarchy covers seven distinct brands, has 16 pubs and taprooms, and is quickly expanding with over one thousand employees and eight manufacturing locations. 4. Bell’s Brewery

This craft beer brewery’s story is a truly inspiring American success story that people of all ages can relate to in their life. Founded in 1983, owner Larry Bell got introduced to the yeast and fermentation world while working at a bakery after his college days at Kalamazoo College. From brewing in his own house out of a small soup pot to having many breweries all over the east coast, Bell’s Brewery has gained a lot of traction and success in the craft beer industry. Bell’s Brewery specializes in many craft beers, west coast Indiana pale ales, pale ales, imperial stouts, hazy Indiana pale ales, and all kinds of stouts and sour beers that are unique that the beer lover in your life will love!

5. Mission Brewery

Like many craft beer breweries, Mission Brewery has a unique history and uprising. Founded in 1913, Mission Brewery was affected by the prohibition movement and was forced to shutdowns. With very little hope in sight, Mission Brewery was on the verge of extinction. Not until 2007, the Mission Brewery’s name was brought back to life by a small townhome brewer in San Diego, Dan Selis. Selis eventually relocated to the historic Wonder Bread Building in downtown San Diego, California. From that point forward, Mission Brewery made tremendous strides in the craft beer community. They now have a 2,500 square foot tasting room and in over 25,0000 square feet in total space. Mission Brewery is their only location in which all their beer is brewed, bottled, canned, and legged on their terms. Mission brewery has won several national and international awards regarding craft beer and is one of the top craft breweries in San Diego County.

6. New Belgium Brewing

This craft beer brewery story is unlike most craft beer breweries; it all started on a bike ride. In 1988, a bike ride through Belgium, Germany, inspired a young couple to bring the savory flavors of old town Belgian beer to the vibrant town of Fort Collins, Colorado, and New Belgium Brewing was born. Starting in the basement of their home, Kim Jordan and Jeff Lebesch established the values and the roots of New Belgium Brewing. Once they began their journey, they started picking up speed through the late ’90s, and in the early twenty-first century, there was no slowing down for this craft beer brewery. Beer lovers worldwide see their products like the amazing amber ale, Fat Tire, along with the many imperial ales and IPA’s in the voodoo ranger series. 8. Boston Beer Company

This brewery back in Boston has a warm family history and story that everyone can enjoy. Jim Koch, the founder of Boston Beer Company, started his brewery when he found his great grandfather’s recipe for his family’s lager recipe in his dad’s attic. From brewing in his small kitchen in Boston, Jim hoped that he could change the game of brewing beer one day like no one on the east coast has ever done before. Satisfied with his first creation in his kitchen, Boston Brew Company was off and running. This craft beer brewery has won many awards, but none greater than being named The Best Beer In America in 1985. Know for their great beers and lagers, Boston Beer Company’s most well-known beer is the Boston Lager, Samuel Adams. 9. 21st Amendment Brewery

This brewery in the heart of San Francisco, California, has been a staple in the beer industry for generations. Nico Freccia and Shaun O’Sullivan, founders of the 21st Amendment, are both from Los Angeles and were not pleased with the lack of beer culture in the Los Angeles county. Freccia and Sullivan met while in the same summer class, brewing science, at UC Davis. Their dream and strong bond over beer and hops formed in their classes finally formed into the well-known 21st Amendment Brewery. 21st Amendment Brewery specializes in many different craft beers, Pale Ales, Indiana Pale Ales, and is most well known for their trendy seasonal beer Hell or High Watermelon. Another amazing aspect about 21st Amendment Brewery is that it’s two blocks away from Oracle Park, the San Francisco Giants’ home. 10. Revision Brewing Company

Next to the heart of the biggest little city in the world, this craft beer brewery has a unique story. Revision Brewing, founded in 2015, was created on the value of having an evolutionary spirit and great beer. Located in Sparks, Nevada, Revision Brewery specializes in hop-forward-based beverages with various delicious Imperial stouts, Indiana Pale Ales. They delve into many barrel-aged international beers as well. Revisions Brewery, one of only four craft beer breweries to be awarded top two in its class at the World Beer Cup awards for their products, Revision IPA and their double IPA. Revision Brewery is truly changing the game for the craft beer industry.
