2019 is almost over, and what a better way to celebrate the year with a themed celebration to bring in a new year! Grab your friends and attempt one of these fun themed New Years Eve party themes for an end of the year/ looking forward to the new year celebration!

1. Gatsby

Calling all flappers! Grab your pearls, head feathers, and your best fringe dress because its time to go back to the 20s and party like Gatsby! Send out anonymous invites and keep your identity as “Gatsby” a secret as you indulge your guests in the decadence of the old money era. 

2. Champagne

Put on your favorite champagne colored clothing and get ready for a bubbling bash! All the guests are required to bring a bottle of champagne as their entry into the party, and at the end of the night all the guests will pop their champagne in unison to bring in the New Year with a Bang!

Party favors will include loads of bubbles for guests to use inside and outside of the party!

It’s New Years Eve and it’s a night to let your animal instincts run wild! Put on your animal print apparel and let loose in this junglistic environment!

New York New York! It’s where all the magic happens. It’s where the stars come together, the people crowd the streets, and the ball drops to bring in the New Year. Embrace the nature that is New York City as you dress to impress in New York Themed Fashion!

7. Masquerade

Don’t let yourself be seen this New Years Eve. Disguise yourself behind your favorite mask and have your guests guess each others identity. Spend a night being someone else and enjoy the mystery behind the mask. 

8. Black Tie

It is easy, convenient, and takes just about no effort, but it’s effective. Dress to impress in your best black tie dresses and suits, which you most likely already have in your closet, and party amongst your fancy friends.

Eat black and white cookies and enjoy marshmallow and chocolate fondue while you sip on black and White Russians.

Give yourself a new fun and flirty look with a decorative wig this New Years Eve. Whether it be long or short hair, blue or purple colored, buy yourself a wig that looks nothing like you and embrace your new style for the night. 

With your new hair, you can even adopt a new personality for the night and enjoy New Years Eve as the person you wish to become in the New Year!

10. New Years Resolution

Think of your New Years Resolution and attempt to embody it in a costume. Do you want to lose weight this New Year? Dress in all athletic apparel. Do you want to find a new job? Well, then dress is your best interview outfit. 

The best way to accomplish your New Years resolution is to believe you can do it, not give up on it, and completely become it. Therefore, this is what you should remember when dressing for this future forward event!

Party in your coziest pajamas with all your best friends this New Years Eve! Enjoy slumber party appetizers like popcorn, candy, hot chocolate, and pizza! Wear pajama sets, night gowns, slippers, sleeping masks, etc, and have the comfiest New Years Eve yet! 

This theme is fun and easy and will not leave guests feeling pressured into spending time, money and effort on an elaborate costume or outfit! 

12. 1920’s

We are taking it back to the twenties for year 2020. The roaring twenties were all the range, and give us all the reason to repeat them!

This a party where food makes the night! For this theme, embrace and learn about all different cultures as you invite your guests to bring all sorts of dishes that embody the culture they grew up in.
